HV-menu open link in new window

Hi, i have been using the HV menu and have decided that when i click on an item in the menu that i would like it to open the page in a new window.

Is this possible with this menu? i have tried playing around with <A HREF> commands etc, but have been unable to get it to work. any ideas?
