Show Video then load page

Hi I am trying to make a page much like this one

Where it shows the video and at the end of the video it ajax or something the page and then starts playing the music.

I am just wondering how they did this, as it seems not to have an auto refresh or anything like that.

They dont use flash. I would really like to stay away from Flash, at the moment.
