image link fails

I need to link to the index file of a flash program.The link fails at present.
the dir structure is shc/FlippingBookExample/index.html
Can anyone help

Its in the folder and i can open it in my editor.

Maybe it's on your local disk but you've forgotten to upload it?

you may also be missing the "." (period) at the top of the code in case you were trying to go back one directory for the image. shold be "../" not "./"
