how to increase spacing in double row of tabs

3) Describe problem: I am looking to increase the spacing between the first and second row of tabs if i have 1 long list of tabs that fails over into a second row. They end up packing tightly so that you have a difficult time reading the first row. How can I add more space to this?

Since the tabs are just regular LI links styled using CSS, how to add additional spacing between rows of tabs really depends on how you've styled your tabs. In other words, this is really more of just a CSS/ formatting issue.
