Need Urgent Help

I am working on a game website called Turf,
I have an idea that will make my site awesome,
I have an onscreen mobile phone that at the moment has text messages on it from other users...
the idea i have is to set up a call feature, i was think flash and ajax
the flash needs to connect from one users pc mic to the other users, where the users hear each other and not them selves (like skype) :S:S
and i need ajax to tell a user when someone is ringing them...

is there aneone who will do this for me for free...:D
if not can someone point me to some sites so i can do it myself...
as i have little flash and ajax knowledge

However, you will still need Flash Comm Server installed, the interface, detectability and other features.
