I see A Website That Have Maintenance From 6:00AM-6:00PM So I'm Confused

I think you're a bit confused about what site maintenance means. Sites that need to do routine maintenance usually have a set time that is displayed somewhere on the site. If maintenance/upgrades happen occasionally, you can display that maintenance is ongoing on the the main site on a per-instance basis.

What exactly "maintenance" entails is up to the site. I doubt you're creating a website that would require the need to take your entire site offline to do some maintenance.

If you have need to do this however, replace your index.html (or index.php, default.html, whatever...) with a page that states why your site is down.

It's not a "script", it's plain HTML.
