I am trying to run linux from the live CD on my desktop computer, but it is not working. I tried running in on my new laptop and it ran just fine; however, when I tried running it on the desktop, it loaded the screen that shows Ubuntu and asks if you want to run linux without making changes. After I chose to run linux without making changes, it runs for a little bit and it returns an error 253 or something similar if I remember correctly. The desktop is running two monitors on an aftermarket graphics card, but it doesn't seems to bother it none because both screens show the Ubuntu loading screen. Can anyone help me with this? I would really like to try it out before installing it completely. Thanks in advance.
