I have a site. It is registered with www.biz.ly.

I don't like how big the banners they put on my site are, and I was wondering if there is a code that can make it so they cannot edit my site, and I can delete the stupid banners...

Is that possible, or am I just getting a little ahead of myself?

Sorry, we're not allowed to answer this, as it would be contrary to biz.ly's agreement with you.
The only (non-shady) thing you can do is talk to someone in biz.ly and ask if they could make the banners just a little smaller, or put them somewhere more suited to your site design.

I did that, and they told me how to make them smaller...The problem is:

YOU CAN'T MAKE THEM SMALLER, ONLY BIGGER!!! that's dumn eh?

I told them that I wouldn't mind as much if they at least looked good with my background.

They are white, and other stupid colors, and my site's bg is black with an old DOS-like look to it.

FYI: most banners are 468px x 60px I'm also in S.A try www.imaginetnet.co.za they have a Mirco site for R19 pm or US$3pm
