Top Navigational Bar III question

Hello.

I am about ready to use the Top Navigational Bar III script for my site (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/topmen3/index.htm). I have everything setup and ready to go but I have a slight problem. I run a 2 frame site, top for the navigation, bottom for the content. The menu won't appear outside of the top frame. How do I make the menu accessible over the content frame when my longest menu is open?
