Looking for a particular script

I'm looking for a script that detects the user's internet browser and dpending on the browser it will make a message pop-up.

What I want it for is the way I have my site set up is that in Netscape it look messed up but in IE it works correctly. So when the page loads in NN it says, "This page will not look correct in Netscape. Please use IE or [Insert other tested browser].
