My freakin bookmarks won't save!

I'm sure a lot of people have had the problem of bookmarks no longer saving in Firefox. My major issue is im trying to learn web development and I can't keep track of tutorials that I want to bookmark. I have already tried this (http://support.mozilla.com/de/kb/Bookmarks+not+saved#Changes_are_lost_whenever_you_restart_Firefox)

That didn't solve the problem. Now what:confused:

Have you tried updated the firefox to the latest version?

If yes, you may uninstall the existing version firefox and use the earlier version to try.

bookmarking all tabs is the only function that is effective
