Permanent Mute on youtube video

Is there a way i can put a permanent mute on embedded youtube videos? but not on other audio on the page

If you search embed anywhere you will see how to change the volume for only one specific embed on the page. Please search google for "embed tag in HTML," and see if you get your answer. If you really can't find the answer, I'll cheat and let you see my test. Lol.

well i used daves school and h3, couldnt find it there.
so i guess ill search somewhere else.
but it is possible?
