table problem in IE

i hav tried my level best to show my table perfect in IE.. but i failed..tr:hover is not working, when i m giving class to tr, its inner td background border image is not showing.. can anybody plz solve this problem.

Here you go mate, this should make the hover work in IE.

yah it works partially..but when i put the same attributes on the <th></th> part i does not work...can u make this plz
and one more thing ie 6 does take the tr:hover.. is there any other option to make this tr hover on ie6(except by javascript)
