Looking for a script for mouseover to open HTML

I am looking for a script similiar to DD Thumbnail Viewer II
I am try to use this concept to open a HTML page rather then an image in the table upon mouseover.

Any advice or help will be appreciated.

Concept:
Image in table=> Mouseover (opens test.html in table)
