iframe ssi doesn't work in firefox 3 and ie 7

1) Script Title: Iframe SSI script II

3) Describe problem: this script works 100% in safari and google chrome browser. but for firefox 3, i can see a scrollbar but the height is set right for the amount of content shown within the iframe. in IE, it does not work at all. the box is very small barely showing any content.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with my CSS or something but I cannot get it to work on the following page;

I have tested in Firefox and it shows the frame fixed size and scroll bars, and in Chrome it shows but at a fixed size with no scroll bars.

I hope someone can help with this because it's doing my head in.
