HV Menu Allignment

I am using a HV menu which needs to align to other graphics on my page to the pixel. As viewed in one browser-its perfect. When view in another browser it does not align. I then tried the TargetLoc feature. It works great in Navigator but alignment in IE is way off and sub menus don't display. Please help!!!

HV menu, if I recall correctly, positions absolutely rather than relatively.
Therefore you must do the same with your images, i.e you cannot have images inline with text or other variables.

Positioning it absolutely does not work. It does not line up with other graphic elements in different browsers. Does anyone know how to position the other elements with x y coordinates. Maybe that would work.
