need script

I am looking for a script that will allow user ad a company name and write review.
No loging,no registration.
Search by company name and list company's.
If company name exist - just add the description.
Optional fields for a name and e-mail.
Mysql or flat.
Trying to find a script like this for a quite some time - so far no luck.

I am not sure if you will find anything ready to use for such a thing, either you will get something very extensive (which will be of no use for you) or you might get something which ould demand customization to make it work the way you want this script to.

Bluewalrus, is correct if you post it in the looking for scripts & services section then you will get messages from various people who can do it. I generally visit this forum as it provides useful information about technical stuff and allow me to share what I know with other. But since I am a web developer and found your post so if you want you can contact me and I can do this script for you.

So, you're looking for a complete user review type website for free? As Maneet says, that won't happen. You should focus your energies on finding a developer that will do it on your budget. You won't find free scripts like this.
