Anybody Know How To Do This?

I ahve been looking for a code for a whilke now, i saw it on here ages ago and thought it would be good for my site, and i cant seem to find it any more, i posted this question in the html section, and they said to try in here.
I am wanting a code that will show diferant pictures and the writing under it and when the page is refreshed it changes the pick and the wording that goes with it to another picture, i also want it so that when they click the pickture it will take them to that page in the site where that picture is? i have got a little bit of the way if you look here at my test page

Hi thanks for your reply but its too big for what i am after, i want it to go in the side bar links so that its on every page just a picture with wording under it, and each time the page is refreshed the pick and the wording change to another. I had it before on my old site, i wish i had kept a copy of it now as it drove a lot of people to the places on the site they may not have seen. :confused::(
