CountDown Timers -> vB Sig

I'm wondering, if there is a way to display it in a vBulletin signature? The problem is the countdown timer isn't a image. Also, even with HTML enabled, I don't think you'd be able to include it?

Or would calling it via external work?

Most vBulletin forums have HTML disabled in sigs, so about the only way to show an "interactive" sig is through an image that changes. In other words, I don't see any easy way here.
