1) Script Title: Lightbox image viewer 2.03a and/or Facebox image and content viewer (v 1.1).
2) Script URL (on DD): Lightbox (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/lightbox2/index.htm) and/or Facebox (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/facebox/index.htm).
3) Describe problem: I do not really have any problems with these two scripts per say, but I have a questions as to the usage of these two scripts in particular.
1. I really like the fading effect and darkened background of the Lightbox script, but I like the visual look of the window frame in Facebox. Is there a way to make Facebox, for instance, use the darkened background and fading effect that Lightbox uses?
2. I would prefer to use only one of these two scripts, but as far as I can tell, Lightbox only allows to show images in its window, whereas Facebox allows an external .html in its window. I am using Facebox mostly because I have a button on my webpage that has the 'Email a Friend' attribute, where you can mail the url of my webpage to someone elses email adress, thus I need a window that shows an external/internal .html file that has the form associated with it. And only Facebox seems to be able to do that, or?
Ideally, I would like to use Lightbox because of its very nice visual effects, and use it for both showing .html files in its window as well as bigger images of thumbnail images on my webpages.
Suggestions, ideas?
Thank you!
Cheers,
Bassa
