Quick DHTML Window Widget question

I'm using the Ajax windows within in IFRAME on my page. Is there any way to open up the new window on top of the main page, rather than within the IFRAME? Basically I want it to "pop out" of the frame and be part of the main window.

Is this possible? I tried changing the target to _top and _blank... no dice.

Hmm if I understood you correctly, no unfortunately. What you're describing is basically a full fledged pop up window then, for example done using:


window.open("http://www.google.com", "", "width=700px, height800px")
