Fold-out external menu help

Hi I'm new to this forum and I'm also a novice when it comes to HTML.

I've just found the greatest menu in the word, that being the - Fold out external menu. I'm however facing problems with using it on every page I have for my website.

The problem I face is that when I click on a link on the menu, a new page loads in the same window but then my menu is no longer there. :confused:

I was wondering how this might be rectified or if there is a type of code or function to keep my menu for all my web pages.

There are ways to do that depending upon what you are working with and what your current layout is like.
