I have a program installed in my computer. Is there any way to access that program from the internet?
I know you can do it through a network by sharing the folder on which the program was installed, but can one do it through the web? If so, could you all please help me find out how?
Yes, if you write a Web interface to it.

Alternatively, you could just remotely access your computer as a whole (through the OS) using a number of programs, depending on your operating system. That may not be quite what you're looking for, though.
In order to really run it "from the web" you'd have to instead network it to the point where you could run software (not just be able to get files) and run it directly off that drive; additionally, it would require you have the necessary permissions to access registry entries, etc., such as the serial number for the software.
So:
1. Access computer remotely.
2. Write some sort of interface that itself works the program, and you do so indirectly through those options (as in the last post).
3. Connect it basically as a hard drive to your computer. This is difficult and probably not even possible, depending on the security of the program. I don't know the details, though.
