daily/hourly banner rotation script needed.

Hello, I currently have a script on my site which allows me to display a different banner every day. However I would now like to show a different banner every hour of every day. Is there a script for this?

Or better still a script that allows me to pull text/data from an external source & display it on the page?

you can probably modify the could you have to do it at a faster time. And if you cant someone on here might be able to also.
