Page Scroller (aka custom scrollbar) jiggles

First want to thank all for this forum... just found and is great.

I am using the Page Scroller in a new site and it works great in IE, Firefox and Safari....

Only in IE i get what can only be described as the jiggles... up, down arrows wiggle in unison as page scrolls.... does not happen in safari or firefox

This is a rather old script. I'll put it on my list of scripts to update, which hopefully will improve the smoothness in IE as well.

is so cool otherwise... allows me to build a site that looks same in all browsers... unlike using css to change scroll bars

please keep me posted though is very minor issue.
