IE vs FF UL same line issue

I am having an issue with my php navigation menu with UL/LI works fine in FF but not in IE

Ya even i have got an error in IE6 & IE7. Its been very big issue as most of our market is using IE.
even I do need help on this.

I actually got it to work in both IE and FF although I am not 100% how I did it. After just aimlessly changing the CSS and the php code around it worked. :confused:

I can post the code as it stands now if you would like.
