Step Carousel View Youtube/Embed/Oject shows in FF while it should be hidden

3) Describe problem: A Youtube object/embed is not hidden when on the inactive page (in Firefox. IE7 works)..

Looks like CSS's overflow property cannot hide a Flash object from showing through. You can try adding the Flash code to a fresh new page, then show it within the Carousel Viewer via an IFRAME, for example:
