1) Script Title: Step Carousel Viewer

2) Script URL (on DD): http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/stepcarousel.htm

3) Describe problem: I combined this script with the Accordion Menu Script (but in 2 different frames) (http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/ddaccordionmenu.htm). Everytime I move to another subsection in the Accordion Menu the navigation of the Step Carousel Viewer stays at the position of the last image I viewed instead of starting at the first image of the new subsection (sorry for explaining it so complicated, I'm a little bit missing the words, here's an example: I view image 3 in my subsection "Portraits" which only consists of 3 images, then I switch to "Landscapes", consisting of 5 images, and it starts at image 3 instead of starting from the first image). Thanks for helping me :)

Please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

Sure, thanks for the answer, here's the link: http://www.ichliebefotografie.de/testseite/ - it's still under construction ;)

Have you tried disabling persistence inside Carousel Viewer script, so the last viewed image's index isn't remembered? So:

ddaccordion.init({
headerclass: "expandable", //Shared CSS class name of headers group that are expandable
contentclass: "categoryitems", //Shared CSS class name of contents group
revealtype: "click", //Reveal content when user clicks or onmouseover the header? Valid value: "click" or "mouseover
collapseprev: true, //Collapse previous content (so only one open at any time)? true/false
defaultexpanded: [], //index of content(s) open by default [index1, index2, etc]. [] denotes no content
onemustopen: false, //Specify whether at least one header should be open always (so never all headers closed)
animatedefault: false, //Should contents open by default be animated into view?
persiststate: false, //persist state of opened contents within browser session?
toggleclass: ["", "openheader"], //Two CSS classes to be applied to the header when it's collapsed and expanded, respectively ["class1", "class2"]
togglehtml: ["prefix", "", ""], //Additional HTML added to the header when it's collapsed and expanded, respectively ["position", "html1", "html2"] (see docs)
animatespeed: "normal", //speed of animation: "fast", "normal", or "slow"
oninit:function(headers, expandedindices){ //custom code to run when headers have initalized
//do nothing
},
onopenclose:function(header, index, state, isuseractivated){ //custom code to run whenever a header is opened or closed
//do nothing
}
})

Thank you very much for helping me, but unfortunately it didn't work. Is there anything else I could try to fix my problem?

I have solved my problem by disabling cookies in one script...everything works fine now, thanks for the help...
