im tired of that simple thing.
is there anyway i can make the marqee stop in the middle for a few seconds then continuing on?
The HTML <marquee> element is obsolete and should not be used in new HTML documents.
Javascript can be used to give this effect; Javascript marquee scripts abound, and generally give more control.

Hi
i give you more advance code for your Q.
Hi orlando,
As Twey said, marquee is an invalid tag, which should'nt be advocated, and most of all, should'nt be considered advance

That one isn't very good because it isn't truly cross browser like:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/cmarquee.htm
is. Which I've done a modification for that makes the content continuous:

But the code isn't the best in any of these, as they all were coded some time ago. However, the two I mention are fairly reliable anyway.
And, as Twey says, there are tons of marquee scripts on the web, some probably even better coded than the ones I have mentioned. Use Google to find them if you like.
