flength error, probably easy. not to me. help needed

i've recently uploaded clipshare pro 4.0 and the site works like 95%, i can upload embedded codes but if i try and upload from a file it comes back with a "flength error"

I've tried everything and keep coming up against a brick wall, For someone out there this muct be simple, if you've had this problem before and solved it or just know your stuff,

Please please please help if you can, i would be most great full!

I can give you the ftp ect if its easier.


Please cure this ongoing head ache.
At a total brick wall with this project, is there someone out there that this seems easy for?
