The galleries over at http://www.lensculture.com/ are presented in a very nice and simple way.

Check out http://www.lensculture.com/houge.html to see an example of how it works. Pay attention to the "previous"/"next"/"gallery view" buttons.

I'd like a similar solution for my photographic portfolio and I wonder if anybody has seen such a script ready to be used.

I found something nice here: http://www.twinhelix.com/dhtml/imgcycle/
But it does not feature the "gallery view" available here: http://www.lensculture.com/houge.html .

This is what should be possible:

+ Jumping back/forward while staying in the same html document. IE, the pictures should be defined in an unordered list or similar. This makes it easy to add new pictures to the portfolio.

+ It should validate as strict xhtml 1.0

It's a big bonus if:

+ It features a gallery view as also seen at http://www.lensculture.com/houge.html . But at http://www.lensculture.com/houge.html the gallery shown when clicking "gallery view" is one big image (ie. something like an image map) and it makes it troublesome adding new pictures to the gallery (which counterfeits the whole design idea). To clarify, I'd like to be able to add the separate thumbnail pictures to another unordered list or similar.

I'd appreciate any help/clues I can get...

Thanks in advance!
