Does anyone know how to integrate the contact form php script to flash? Or is there tutorial or something?

What exactly do you mean?
You can use the Ming libraries (http://uk2.php.net/ming) to generate Flash dynamically from a PHP page, or you can probably connect to a PHP page from a Flash movie, which would then register the connection and do its server-side stuff. I'm not sure if this is possible, as I don't use Flash.
