Two internet connections

Hi am trying to get one of my modems talking to the other modem they both have different IP 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1 they are both connected to a D-LINK DES-1024D

If anyone knows how to do this please help!!!

Can you disable one dhcp server and give the router a static ip from the range of the other router? Or change submask.
