Need Script to change content daily

Hi Guys.

I need to change some content in a table (with two rows and two columns) to change on a daily basis. i tried using Daily iframe content II but it messes up my HV menu so i don't want to use that. also it doesn't show up correctly in ie7.
Can someone please help me out here. I'm no good at writing codes and stuff, so if someone can do that for me please.

Have you tried searching this forum? This kind of thing has been requested before and scripts were provided. I'm sure there laying around somewhere...
