Works in FF but not IE

Sorry to bug you guys about another thread like this, but I'm very confused about how to make my site work in both browsers...

The bottom two css images don't line up properly in IE. But they look fine in FF.

which version of IE are you looking at it in. I believe it looks the same in my IE and FF...

The URLs doesn't seems to be live now.

Alright I managed to fix most of it. However, the background images at the obttom do not load anymore in IE7
