Dreamweaver loading time

I have been using DW 8 and DW CS3 and they both take waaaay too long to open html pages. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it something I am doing? It takes a good 2-3 minutes to open one html page. I am on a G5. The file sizes range from 10-20k.
Any thoughts?

Not much about what you can do. You can get a new processor, which I would not do.

That's all you can do on your own. I have had this problem before, because my processor sucks.

Nowadays G5 it rather historical machine, especially if you have installed tiger or leopard. Replace to Intel-base Mac or degrade to lower system.
