I am having a problem with a horizontal submenu that is pushing all my page content down. Please help. can view at jonathancrowe.com/blog

I do have the same problem with the website I am working with www.hsd.state.nm.us in IE8 and any help is appreciatable.

Submit code or correct url, but in most cases that's because your submenu is not well positioned. Use absolute position with z-index.
