flash player installation

Hi guys, I have a problem. A few days back when i was surfing veoh for videos, they told me to install the latest flash player. Since then I can`t see any videos.
The videos could play in IE7 but could not in FF3

Hi

You need to install the flash player for FF3 from adobe.com when you will open ff3 browser because the flash player you are using for IE7 is not compatible for FF3.
