Graphic Card not working

I am working on window xp professional.I have installed a new ATI Radeon Graphic card in my PC. Now i am having a problem
that my Graphic card is not responding when there is a need of doing some laborious cpu Usage work.I cant check any statistics related to
my graphic card

What exactly is the problem you are facing with your graphic card is it not showing display or your system gets hang.

What is the config of your system?

Have you recently got this graphic card or using it from long time and when this problem arise.
