Slanted Divider Menu Help!!

Has anyone or can anyone tell me how to get rid of the right slant on the right most button? Or add a left slant to the left most button? Thank you in advance.

I used the slanted divider menu with the arrows sideway and downward.

When you in Firefox it show one down arrows on topbar. But when you get onto IE it shows 2 down arrows on the side with the ones that have submenus.

Please help me too!!!
