Hi,

I am new on this forum and i hope i ll get my problem fixed from here. I am a developer and working on a dynamic project. i am facing some problem regarding interface designing. the required design is as follows:

http://www.netwizards.ae/temp/company.jpg

in this there are multiple HTML popups appearing and each popup will have a shadow effect and that shadow effect will be transparent.

please guide me how can i get same output in a web page.

thanks in advance,

I'm not sure if you are looking for code to accomplish all of the functionality that your image implies, or just how to get the visual effect of a partially transparent shading around the boxes. If all you are after here is the shading, use .png images. An example (shading on just the bottom and left edges) is here:

But you should be able to use Google to find other examples on the web that can be all around the box. The principle is the same, and can be scripted for easier use (the example I gave requires no javascript, but if your page is dependant upon javascript anyway, this wouldn't be an issue).

Here's one possibility:

found from Googling:
