hi,

I have a <div> containing a <table> which has multiple rows, and therefore there has a scrollbar. There are multiple pages. If I scroll to the bottom of page 1, then select page 2, the scrollbar remains at the bottom (or wherever it was last positioned on page 1).
Is it possible to use CSS to default the scroll bar to the top?

No, it's not clear. You say you have multiple pages. Are these actual HTML pages that could be displayed in their own window if that was what you wanted? If so, putting this in their body tags may do the trick (works best if these are separate pages being displayed in a frame or iframe):

<body onload="window.scrollTo(0,0);">
