Excel Script - please help

please help,

I am currently working on drawing registers and do not have enough time and resources to order the registers, the problem is that each drawing has a unique prefix example

GHA-LGF-TYP-

then on the end has a five digit unique number (this is the key field) example

GHA-LGF-TYP-00001
GHA-L09-TYP-00321 ...etc

These are complete lines within a cell.
How can i run these drawings in numerical order just using the last 5 digits in excel?
could someone create a script for me or is there a simpler solution?
