Can't get my window to appear on top of a tabbed iframe

The link in question is almost at the bottom labeled "AV Tips and Tricks." In the center of the page is a tabbed iframe. The window that opens when you click the "AV Tips & Tricks" link is behind the iframe. How can I make it appear on top?

I found something that worked. Not great, but works. I changed the position in the dhtmlwindow .css file to relative and it now pushes the site down so the pop up is above the inline frame.

If there's anything better to simply get the window on top of the inline frame I'd really like to try it.

Thanks to all who looked. I just got it to work. I changed the position in the dhtmlwindow.css script back to absolute and changed the z-index position in the dhtmlwindow.js file to 600. I then changed the z-index position in the modal.css file to 500. It now works beautifully!
