proxy server

My friends from China have to use proxy server in order to access several sites from Taiwan.

Would appreciate if someone could advise on the difference between a proxy server such as http://www.youhide.com/ and a web proxy such as http://sourceforge.net/projects/ijbswa.

I also notice that most proxy servers could not access site that has frames

If so, what is the alternative HTML code for the above frame?

Privoxy is like proximitron and does header rewriting so servers can't retrieve accurate data. Youhide looks good. I followed the headers and data and I couldn't see any of the urls that I requested. But not sure if this is enough prove when someones life depends on it
Come to think of it, you may have to use a ip based proxy too. the reason is that the dns server of the isp logs all request made to resolve a domainname. maybe youhide will be monitored
