HV Menu v5.5 (linking to a frame)

HV Menu v5.5

:confused: I can't figure out how to set the links to display in my inline frame (I1). I have worked on this for a few days but can't come up with a solution. (I guess it would help if I knew a little more about coding!) Thanks for the help.
