Sticky Note Script Position

1) Script Title: Sticky Note Script

3) Describe problem: Cannot get Position of Note right. I want it to be over where the Metrologic and ATT logo are but it is at the bottom or when you scroll you can't see it. Tried various settings.

When I preview, the position looks ok - but when uploaded it is in the lower left of page.

That .css file doesn't contain the required CSS rules targeting #fadeinbox I cited above either actually.
