I been looking everywhere for a script that will allow someone to hover over a text link or a button and an image well appear either at the top or to the left/right of the text link.

Example 1: http://elysium.caelestis.org/ (look at the very bottom of the page and hover over one of the buttons)

Example 2: http://anime-heart.co.nr/ (look under "Family/Sibling" to the left and hover over one of the text links)

I have no clue what you would call this effect but if there's anyway anyone can help me, I would be most happy! :)

its called a popout image, and its not that difficult to do with css...
