I would like to combine 3 VCDs and burn them into one DVD using Nero vision 3 but the software hangs when i try to add the 2nd movie. I tried a few times but the problem persists.
The NERO software I have contains Nero Express 6.6, Nero Vision 3, INCD4, NERO backitup, MPEG-2 SVCD/DVD PLUG-IN
Is there any other simple way to accomplish the task.
Appreciate if someone could help. Many thanks.
I've never used nero but is it a computer problem? if you don't have the processing power/ memory/ etc., then changing software wouldn't help much.

My PC:
Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3
Pentium(R) 4PCU 3.00GHz
3.00GHz, 480 MB of RAM
C drive : Free space 63.9 GB
Is the memory enough?
Are there any other method/freeware where I could use to do the task?
Appreciate if someone could help. Many thanks.
I would suspect your RAM is what's making things slow. 1 or 2 GB would work well. Nero says it only requires 256 MB, but I'd imagine it wouldn't work well that way. Video copying/ editing programs move a lot of information around, and if you only have a little RAM, they have to move it in smaller chunks, increasing the chances of a hangup.
