Problem with Splash Page and swf

3) Describe problem: In setting up the Splash Page I am encountering a problem where the menu on the normal homepage is "bleeding" (for lack of a better word) onto the splash page. The menu is a mix of javascript and php called UDM. Is there any way to block this?

Yes, if you have any kind of javascript or flash before this loads, it will overlap. Try setting the javascript on a window.onload, and give the flash. Make its CSS: z-index:0; And give the div that overlaps a high z-index.
